Rules for recruitment
1. All current Members of the guild (pre-launch) are members and do not fall under recruitment rules
2. Eligibility for the guild will be determined by
A) Guild Needs(for class and profession)
B) Your interest and ability to Raid
C) Your acceptance of guild rules
3.If you are accepted you will be a initiate for three weeks in this time it is important you prove that
A) Your are a nice person ß Most important
B) You know or are showing ability to learn your character and its role
C) You can play by the rules
D) Your value as a guild member
*During you time as a initiate you will have the same rights as a member except in situations of a tie against a member when the member will been shownpreferential treatment.
4. RL friends and family have auto recruitment rights but may find themselves at initiate rank for longer depending on ability and need to raid.
General Behavior
Represent our guild with pride and dignity. Show respect both towards fellow guildies and the server
community in both behavior, chat channels and forums. This includes the official rules of the game.
Arguments and spamming in open chats, slagging or attacking other players incl. new players ( our
recruits excl.!), drama and constant whining is not accepted. Drama deguilding is not accepted either,
so think twice before you push the deguild button.
Any unnaceptable behavior will be dealt with by the Officers.
Raid Rules
1. The raids will usually last around 4 hours, we will raid 3-4 nights a week.
2. You will need to be at the Raiding instance entrance at the time the Raid was scheduled to get full raid dkp bonus (and of course stay till the end).
3. You will need to have potions and buffing food ready for the raid.
4. You will need to have Ventrilo 2.1 installed. Microphone is not required but you still have to be on. Those who are not on ventrilo will not get dkp
Ventrilo Rules
1. If you own a microphone please make sure you do not use speakers. If you don't have a Headset please mute your microphone.
2. Anyone is allowed to talk on Ventrilo during raids but everyone has to respect the person who is talking, so one at a time (i am the only one allowed to interrupt:P)
3. Raid related discussion (boss tactics etc) have priority over ranting or other stuff.
4. The raid leader or an officer are the only ones who can tell anyone to shut up. Those who do not respect the officers call for silence on Ventrilo will be punished.
DKP Rules The dkp ruleset is only orientative for the moment and it's here so people get and idea what they should expect
Getting DKP
* You are rewarded 1 dkp pr. full raid hour you attend, no exceptions. For those who have been in the raid and online from the announced raid time till the very end will get an extra 5dkp.
* If you are sitting out, to get dkp, your main should be outside the instance we are currently in and
should be ready to take over within 5 min if needed. If you are ninja longer than this without letting
officers know, you will loose your dkp for the hour.
* For every Boss kill you will recieve 1 dkp and for first guild kills 5dkp
Spending DKP
* Bids start at 10 dkp for Non-set Items, 15 dkp for (class) Set items
* Items will be offered to Mains, then recruits and finally alts.
* Winning bid will be called 3 times, if you need to check something, say it at start of bidding, once
the winning bid final called, it is not going to be changed.
* Know your available dkp before each raid so we don't have to wait for you checking it. You can only
bid for the amount stated on the page. Only if noone else wants or if it is a needed MT item can you
go in minus.
